Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
If the refund cannot be issued to the original method (e.g., expired card), we will work with you to provide a legally compliant alternative.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, misrepresentation):

If returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size, etc.):

Michigan “Right to Accurate Pricing”
If a product was advertised or displayed at an incorrect price, we comply with Michigan pricing accuracy rules (including scanner accuracy standards enforced by the Department of Agriculture & Rural Development):

If a product is inadvertently overcharged, you may be entitled to a refund of the difference.

In some cases, the “Michigan Scanner Law” may qualify customers for a bonus of up to $5 for certain in-store overcharge situations.
