General Return Window

Unless otherwise stated for specific products, customers may request a return within:

➡️ 30 days from the date of delivery

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused or gently used (depending on product type)

• In original packaging (when applicable)

• Free from excessive wear, alteration, or damage not caused by shipping

Michigan Consumer Rights on Misrepresentation or Defects

Under the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCL 445.903), customers have the right to receive products that match their description and are free of defects.

Therefore:

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from advertised:

We will provide, at no cost to you:

• A replacement or

• A full refund

This applies even if the standard return window has passed, if the issue is reported within a reasonable period under Michigan law.

Non-Returnable Items (Michigan-Compliant)

Some items may not be eligible for return due to health, safety, or manufacturer restrictions. Common examples include:

• Perishable goods

• Custom or personalized items

• Digital downloads

• Opened hygiene products (when prohibited by health laws)

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

If the refund cannot be issued to the original method (e.g., expired card), we will work with you to provide a legally compliant alternative.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, misrepresentation):

➡️ Prepaid labels are provided

If returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size, etc.):

➡️ Customer may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by Michigan law.

Michigan “Right to Accurate Pricing”

If a product was advertised or displayed at an incorrect price, we comply with Michigan pricing accuracy rules (including scanner accuracy standards enforced by the Department of Agriculture & Rural Development):

• If a product is inadvertently overcharged, you may be entitled to a refund of the difference.

• In some cases, the “Michigan Scanner Law” may qualify customers for a bonus of up to $5 for certain in-store overcharge situations.
  (This applies mainly to physical stores, but we disclose it for full State of Michigan transparency.)

Exchanges

We will happily offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes

• Incorrect products

• Defective products

Availability of replacement items depends on current inventory.
